LuckyBoom

Who we are: LuckyBoom’s gaming universe

We are LuckyBoom, a new online casino preparing to launch in 2026. We are building the brand around an endless gaming universe, with a cheerful green star mascot and a space-inspired identity that carries through our casino, rewards programme and promotional design. The theme is playful, but we want the important information to stay clear: our games, bonuses, payments, verification requirements and availability should be easy to understand before you decide whether to register.

A Netherlands-focused casino with a wider international outlook

We are shaping LuckyBoom first for the Dutch market, with iDEAL as our primary local payment option and euro values used throughout the available cashier information. We also plan to support an international audience through customer service in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish and Greek. That wider language focus does not mean every country will be eligible to play, so we recommend checking country availability and the applicable terms when we go live.

What we are planning at launch

Mobile accessResponsive desktop and mobile browser versions; no separate Android or iOS app planned at launch

Our aim is to offer a broad catalogue rather than a single type of casino game. The planned library brings together slots, live dealer tables and jackpot titles from more than 60 providers, while the website is intended to work through a browser on both smartphones and desktops. The 6,500+ figure is a launch goal, not a claim that the full catalogue is already available before launch.

What is still not confirmed

We have not published final operator or licence details before launch, and withdrawal processing times and limits are not yet known. We are being direct about that because licensing and cash-out information matter more than a space-themed interface. We recommend verifying the licence, legal operator, country eligibility and final payment terms on our website before creating an account or depositing funds.

Our planned welcome bonus: the terms that matter

We are preparing a welcome package for our launch that combines deposit matches with free spins. The headline offer is up to 200% across the first three deposits plus 200 free spins, but the exact split between deposits and the full activation terms should be checked in our promotion rules before any qualifying deposit is made.

Minimum deposit€20 per qualifying depositThe stated minimum is €20 for each deposit used with the welcome offer.
Free spins200 free spinsThe free spins are linked to the welcome package and are intended for slots; the release schedule and eligible games are not yet published.
Bonus wagering35xThis is the stated wagering requirement for the deposit bonus.
Free-spin wagering40xThis is the stated wagering requirement for winnings generated by the free spins.
Maximum win capNot publishedWe have not published a maximum win limit for this package.
Game eligibilitySlotsThe welcome offer is listed for slots. Live casino, table games and jackpot games are not confirmed as eligible.
Contribution rulesNot published by game typeWe have not published percentage contributions for individual slot categories or any other game type.
Expiry and other limitsNot publishedThe expiry period, maximum bonus amount and any qualifying-bet restrictions should be verified in the final terms.

How the three-deposit structure could work

Because we have not released the percentage split, the structure below is an illustration rather than a confirmed promotion. It shows one possible way to reach 200% across three deposits and is not a promise that these percentages or bonus amounts will apply.

Illustrative depositExample depositIllustrative matchExample bonusStatus
First deposit€20100%€20Example only
Second deposit€2050%€10Example only
Third deposit€2050%€10Example only
Total€60200% across the three deposits€40Example only; final allocation is pending

The example uses the €20 minimum each time, but players do not need to treat it as a recommended spending level. We advise setting a gambling budget first and accepting the bonus only when its wagering conditions fit that budget.

Deposit bonus wagering35xThe bonus amount is subject to the stated 35x requirement.
Free-spin winnings wagering40xWinnings from the 200 free spins are subject to the stated 40x requirement.
Typical market comparison20x–35xThis is a broad comparison range, not a LuckyBoom term. Our confirmed deposit-bonus figure is 35x, while the free-spin figure is higher at 40x.
SlotsContribution percentage not publishedSlots are the only game category currently listed for the welcome package. We have not confirmed whether every slot contributes equally.
Live casino and table gamesNot confirmedWe have not stated that these games contribute towards welcome-bonus wagering.
Jackpot gamesNot confirmedWe have not stated that jackpot games contribute towards welcome-bonus wagering.

Before accepting the offer

  • We should read the final bonus terms for the maximum bonus amount, expiry date, maximum win cap and any maximum-bet rule.
  • We should confirm which games qualify and whether different slots contribute at different rates.
  • We should check whether the 200 free spins are issued immediately or in stages, and how their winnings are converted or wagered.
  • We should remember that wagering requirements are not a route to profit: bonus funds and related winnings can be lost while the requirements are being met.
  • We should only deposit an amount we can afford to lose, and we can use deposit limits or self-exclusion if gambling stops feeling manageable.

As a new casino preparing to launch, we will need to keep the promotion page and terms current as the final offer is released. If a term is still marked as pending, we do not want players to rely on an assumption; the written conditions shown at registration will take priority.

Ongoing promotions: what we plan to offer

We are building our ongoing promotions around three formats: reload bonuses, cashback and tournaments. The confirmed details currently cover our weekend reload and daily cashback offers. Tournament formats, prize pools and the final schedule have not yet been published, so we will show the full terms before asking players to enter or deposit.

Daily, weekly and monthly offers compared

FrequencyPromotion typePublished or indicative termsWhat to check
DailyCashbackUp to 10%, with a maximum of €200; the listed requirement is 1x and the offer applies to all gamesThe published promotion notes VIP eligibility from the Comet tier, so we will confirm qualification rules at launch
WeeklyWeekend reload50% up to €200, with a €20 minimum deposit and a 30x wagering requirement; slots onlyCheck the qualifying deposit window, expiry date and the exact contribution rules for eligible slots
Monthly or scheduledTournamentsNo final offer, prize pool or entry conditions published yet; indicative market formats may use fixed prize pools or leaderboard rewardsWe will publish the prize pool, scoring method, entry requirement, eligible games, tie-break rules and closing time before launch

Reload bonuses for planned deposits

Our confirmed weekend reload is designed for players who have already decided to make a further deposit, rather than as a reason to increase spending. It adds 50% up to €200 from a €20 deposit, carries a 30x wagering requirement and is restricted to slots. We will display the expiry period, maximum qualifying deposit and any game-weighting rules alongside the promotion.

  • A 50% match reaches the stated €200 maximum at a €400 qualifying deposit; depositing more does not create a larger bonus.
  • The 30x requirement applies to the bonus under the published terms, so we recommend checking whether the calculation is based on the bonus amount or another defined figure.
  • The offer is for slots only, and not every game in the wider library should be assumed to contribute.

Cashback and loss limits

Our listed daily cashback offer provides up to 10%, capped at €200, with a 1x wagering requirement and coverage stated as all games. Eligibility is connected to the rewards structure: the promotion information identifies cashback from the Comet tier, while the rewards plan lists different cashback levels across five tiers. We will resolve and publish the applicable tier, calculation period, exclusions and crediting time in the final terms.

Tournaments: planned structure, not a confirmed promise

We aim to add tournaments to the promotional mix, but we do not yet have a confirmed LuckyBoom prize pool or tournament calendar. For context only, similar promotions may use a fixed pool in the hundreds or thousands of euros, or a points leaderboard with rewards divided among qualifying places. Those figures are illustrative rather than available offers from us, and we will not treat them as confirmed until the rules are live.

  • We will state whether entry is free or linked to qualifying bets, deposits or bonus play.
  • We will explain how points are earned, which games count and whether bet size is limited for scoring.
  • We will publish the total prize pool, number of paid places, tie-break method, settlement date and any wagering conditions attached to prizes.

Promotions are optional and do not change the underlying risk of casino play. We encourage setting a deposit or session limit before playing, reading the wagering and expiry rules, and stopping if play no longer feels controlled. We will update this section when the launch terms for reloads, cashback and tournaments are final.

Banking at LuckyBoom: deposit and withdrawal rules in EUR

We are preparing a straightforward cashier for Dutch-facing players, with iDEAL as the main local option and cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies alongside it. We show limits in euros where the payment method supports them, but some withdrawal details will only be confirmed after launch.

What we currently know about deposits and withdrawals

Withdrawal processingWithdrawal times are not yet known before launch. iDEAL and Paysafecard withdrawals are listed as unavailable; other withdrawal routes remain subject to confirmation.
FeesWe do not charge a fee for the listed fiat payment methods. Third-party or network fees may still apply, particularly where an external provider or cryptocurrency is involved.
VerificationWe require KYC checks for withdrawals and account verification. We may ask for identity, address and payment-method documents before processing a request.

Payment methods and published limits

We have separated deposit information from withdrawal information below so that an advertised deposit limit is not mistaken for a payout limit. “TBD” means we have not confirmed the detail before launch, rather than that a specific limit or processing time is guaranteed.

What to expect when requesting a withdrawal

We require a minimum withdrawal of €20 and may request proof of identity, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used. We accept a passport, identity card or driving licence for identity checks; a bank statement or utility bill for address checks; and a payment-card photo or e-wallet screenshot where relevant.

  • We do not currently publish daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps.
  • We have not confirmed general withdrawal processing times before launch.
  • We do not charge our own withdrawal fee, but a bank, e-wallet or crypto network may apply its own charge.
  • We recommend checking the cashier and payment terms before depositing, especially if you need a particular withdrawal route.

Inside our 6,500+ game universe

We are building LuckyBoom around a broad mix of slots, live and classic table games, jackpots, and instant-win titles. The planned catalogue is expected to exceed 6,500 games from more than 60 software providers, but we have not published a final category-by-category count before launch. We would rather be clear about that than present estimates as a fixed game list.

What we plan to offer

CategoryIndicative catalogue scaleWhat to expect
SlotsLargest share of the 6,500+ games; final count not yet publishedClassic fruit machines, video slots, feature-led releases, progressive-style titles, and games with different paylines and bonus mechanics.
Table gamesA substantial selection; final count not yet publishedRoulette, blackjack, baccarat and other casino table formats, alongside live-dealer versions where available.
Jackpot gamesDedicated jackpot section; final count not yet publishedTitles with fixed or progressive-style prize features. Jackpot rules, contribution mechanics and maximum prizes vary by game.
Instant winDedicated quick-play section; final count not yet publishedShort-format games designed around simple rounds rather than extended slot features. The rules and return information remain game-specific.

These categories describe the structure we are aiming for, not a promise that every title or provider will be available in every country. Availability can depend on local rules, currency, provider restrictions and the final launch catalogue.

RTP and volatility: the figures that matter

Return to player (RTP) is a long-run statistical percentage, not a prediction of what any individual session will return. Volatility describes how frequently a game tends to pay and how much its results can vary; higher volatility can mean longer stretches without a win and larger swings when features land. We recommend checking the information panel for each title before playing, because the range below is indicative rather than a LuckyBoom-wide guarantee.

Game typeIndicative RTP rangeTypical volatility notes
SlotsAround 94%–97%Low-volatility slots generally produce smaller, more frequent results; medium- and high-volatility slots can produce less frequent but larger swings.
Table gamesAround 96%–99% with optimal rules and strategyRules, side bets and playing decisions have a material effect. Side bets often carry a different mathematical return from the main wager.
Jackpot gamesVaries widely by title and jackpot structurePart of the theoretical return may be connected to a jackpot feature, so outcomes can be especially uneven.
Instant-win gamesAround 94%–97% on many comparable titlesRounds are quick, but the pace does not reduce the underlying risk or make results predictable.

Studios and game origins

Our final provider list has not been confirmed publicly, so the names below are examples of established studios commonly associated with these categories—not a confirmed list of launch partners. We will identify the actual provider on each game page and show the relevant rules and RTP information where the title supports it.

  • European studios: Evolution (Sweden) — live casino, roulette, blackjack and game-show formats.
  • European studios: Play’n GO (Sweden) — video slots and feature-driven releases.
  • European studios: NetEnt (Sweden) — slots and digital table games.
  • European studios: Nolimit City (Malta) — predominantly high-volatility slots.
  • European studios: Hacksaw Gaming (Malta) — slots and instant-win-style games.
  • European studios: Yggdrasil (Sweden) — slots and jackpot-oriented formats.
  • Global studios: Pragmatic Play (international operation) — slots, live casino and table games.
  • Global studios: Big Time Gaming (Australia) — feature-led slots and Megaways-style mechanics.
  • Global studios: Light & Wonder (global operation) — slots, table games and jackpot titles.
  • Global studios: IGT (global operation) — slots, lottery-linked formats and table games.

A larger library does not make every game suitable for every player. We suggest choosing a stake that fits your budget, setting a deposit or session limit before you start, and treating wins as uncertain outcomes rather than income. We are also planning self-exclusion by email, deposit limits and links to support organisations for anyone who wants extra control over their play.

Live casino at LuckyBoom: what we know before launch

We are planning a live casino section built around real-time dealer games, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows expected to form the main categories. Because we have not launched yet, we are not presenting an unverified live-game total or naming studios that have not been publicly confirmed. Our wider plan covers more than 6,500 games from over 60 software providers, but that figure applies to the complete casino library rather than live titles alone.

Live game categories

  • Roulette: classic European-style tables and other roulette formats may be available, depending on the final lobby.
  • Blackjack: standard tables and variant formats, with live dealers managing the cards and table rules in real time.
  • Baccarat: live baccarat tables for players who prefer a simpler card-game format, subject to final availability.
  • Game shows: presenter-led titles that combine casino-style rounds with bonus features and a studio-show format.

Table limits and stake levels

We have not published the final minimum and maximum stakes for individual tables. Limits can differ substantially between standard and VIP rooms, and they may also change by game, currency and time of day. We will show the applicable limits in the live lobby before a bet is placed; until then, we would not treat any typical industry range as a LuckyBoom limit.

Table levelWhat we can confirm nowWhat to check before playing
Classic tablesA lower-stakes option is planned, but exact minimum and maximum bets are not yet available. The minimum bet, maximum bet, side-bet rules and any table-specific conditions.
VIP tablesHigher-stakes tables may be included in the final live offering, but limits have not been published. The maximum stake, eligibility requirements, available games and any different rules.
All live tablesThe final live-game count and studio line-up are still to be confirmed before launch. The dealer language, game rules, limits, connection requirements and responsible-gambling controls.

Classic tables versus VIP tables

Classic tables are generally the more practical starting point when we want clearly defined, lower stakes and a broad choice of games. VIP tables usually focus on higher limits and a more exclusive setting, but a higher limit does not change the underlying house edge or make a game more favourable. We recommend choosing a table based on the rules and a spending limit we can comfortably afford to lose, rather than its label.

Languages, dealers and availability

Our support is planned in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish and Greek. That does not yet confirm that every live dealer or table will use each of those languages. For English-speaking players in the Netherlands, we will need to check the individual lobby entry for the dealer language, chat language and game rules once the live section is open. The approximate number of live titles and participating studios will also be confirmed there rather than estimated in advance.

Live casino games are entertainment, not a way to make money. We are planning deposit limits and self-exclusion tools, and we expect players to be at least 18. If live play stops feeling controlled or enjoyable, we should stop, use the available limits or contact support before continuing.

Our mobile experience: browser-first, with no app required

We are launching with a responsive website rather than a separate Android or iOS app. Our mobile browser version is designed to provide access to the casino, games, cashier, bonuses and account management on smartphones and tablets, while the desktop browser delivers the same core features on a larger screen. We have not announced a native app release date, so any future app remains a possibility rather than a confirmed product.

What we can confirm about compatibility and performance

We have not published a fixed list of supported operating-system versions, minimum screen resolutions or measured loading times before launch. Rather than present unverified figures as guarantees, we will confirm those details when testing is complete. The current plan is a responsive experience for common smartphones, tablets and desktop browsers, with instant play through the browser and no download requirement.

Technical detailCurrent information
Mobile accessResponsive mobile website through a browser
Native appNo separate Android or iOS app at launch; no later release date confirmed
Screen resolutionsNo fixed minimum or supported-resolution list published yet
Operating systemsCommon mobile and desktop platforms are planned; exact supported versions are still to be confirmed
4G loading timeNo measured estimate available before launch
5G loading timeNo measured estimate available before launch

Mobile browser versus desktop browser

  • Mobile browser — Pros: no installation, access through a smartphone or tablet browser, and the full website is planned to be optimised for touchscreens. Cons: smaller controls, less room for game information and greater dependence on the device, browser and mobile connection.
  • Desktop browser — Pros: a larger display, more space for menus and game controls, and a more comfortable format for live tables or extended account management. Cons: it requires a computer and does not offer the convenience of playing directly from a phone.
  • Both formats — We plan to provide access to the same account areas, including the cashier, active bonuses and play history. Actual performance can vary with the device, browser, network quality and the game provider.

Which games suit a smaller screen?

Slots are generally the easiest part of our library to use on a phone because their layouts are built around a single game view and straightforward touch controls. Jackpot games can also work well when their interfaces are uncluttered. Live casino titles may be more comfortable on a tablet or desktop, where the table, chat, betting controls and game history have more space; the experience can differ between individual providers.

We will publish confirmed browser, operating-system and performance requirements once the platform has completed launch testing. Whatever device we use, we should treat mobile play as entertainment, keep spending within personal limits and use our available deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools if gambling stops feeling controlled.

Our planned licensing and security approach

We are preparing LuckyBoom for launch, but no operator, regulator, licence number or licence jurisdiction has been published yet. We will not present a licence as confirmed before the relevant authority has approved it. The final jurisdiction will depend on where we are permitted to accept players; possible examples in this market include the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), but these are examples of regulatory frameworks, not claims about our current status.

Three layers of protection

We intend to separate oversight of the operator, testing of the games and protection of individual accounts. The details below show what we currently disclose, what our providers already support, and what we still need to confirm before launch.

LayerWhat we have or plan to provideWhat is not yet confirmed
RegulatoryWe will publish the operating company, registered location, regulator and licence number once available. We will also make responsible-gambling tools available, including deposit limits and self-exclusion by email. No licence jurisdiction, operator identity or registration number is public before launch. We have not published the scope of any future licence.
TechnicalOur games use certified random number generators supplied by game providers, and our catalogue is planned to include software from more than 60 audited providers. We use SSL/TLS to protect data in transit. We have not yet published the names of independent test laboratories, certificate references, SSL key length or a completed audit schedule.
Account securityWe require age confirmation at registration, email verification and KYC checks for withdrawals. We use password protection, automatic logout after inactivity and payment-method checks where needed.Two-factor authentication is not available at launch. Withdrawal limits and processing times remain to be confirmed.

How we plan to test fairness and payout integrity

We will rely on independent testing evidence from the relevant software providers rather than asking you to take game results on trust. A responsible audit programme would include RNG and game-mathematics testing before release, followed by periodic reviews and additional checks after material changes. We have not yet fixed or published the audit frequency, so we will identify the testing laboratories, report dates and review intervals when those details are final.

  • We will reconcile game-round records with the provider’s certified results and our internal transaction records.
  • We will check that approved bonus terms, wagering calculations and cashback entries match the rules shown in the account.
  • We will monitor deposits, withdrawals, reversals and manual adjustments for inconsistencies before a payout is released.
  • We will apply KYC and proof-of-payment checks where required, helping us confirm that withdrawals go to the rightful account holder.
  • We will keep an investigation trail for disputed rounds and payment decisions so support can review the relevant account and transaction history.

Encryption, retention and transparency

We currently specify SSL/TLS encryption for data transferred between your device and our website, but we have not published the certificate’s key length. We will state the final encryption standard, certificate details and any material security limitations in our security and privacy documentation rather than implying a stronger specification than we can verify.

Our retention periods are also not yet published. Before launch, we should explain how long we retain identity documents, payment evidence, account records, game history and support correspondence; why each category is retained; when it is deleted or anonymised; and which legal or regulatory duties require longer storage. Until those rules are available, we recommend reviewing the final privacy policy before opening an account.

For questions about verification or security, we provide 24/7 live chat and support@luckyboom.com. We will update this information as the launch documentation confirms our regulator, audit arrangements, encryption specification, retention rules and withdrawal controls.

How to create and access a LuckyBoom account

We have kept the planned registration flow to four steps. English-speaking players in the Netherlands can choose their country and currency during sign-up, while we require an email confirmation and an age declaration before account access is complete. You should be 18 or older and should review the available terms before depositing or playing.

Create your account

  1. Select “Register” and choose whether to claim the welcome package, select another available bonus, or continue without a bonus. You can also enter a promo code if you have one.
  2. Choose your country as the Netherlands and select your preferred account currency. Make sure these details are accurate, as country and currency settings can affect the payment and account options we show you.
  3. Enter your email address and create a secure password. We use the email address for account communication and password recovery, so it should be valid and accessible to you.
  4. Read and accept our terms, then confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Submit the form to create the account and complete the email confirmation step when we send the verification message.

A phone number is not listed as a required registration field. We may still ask for further information later if we need to verify your identity, payment method, or eligibility to use the account.

Identity checks before withdrawal

We require KYC verification when you request a withdrawal or when account verification is otherwise needed. This means we may ask for documents before we process funds. We have not published review or withdrawal-processing times before launch, and daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits remain to be confirmed.

Document typeWhat we acceptReview time and account limits
Proof of identityPassport, identity card, or driving licenceReview time: not yet published. We have not confirmed separate limits before or after full KYC.
Proof of addressBank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 monthsReview time: not yet published. We have not confirmed separate limits before or after full KYC.
Proof of paymentPhoto of the payment card used or an e-wallet screenshotReview time: not yet published. We have not confirmed separate limits before or after full KYC.

Our published minimum withdrawal is €20. We do not charge our own withdrawal fee, although a payment provider or other third party may charge one. Until we publish confirmed pre-KYC and post-KYC limits, we recommend checking with support before making a deposit if withdrawal restrictions are important to your decision.

Log in and recover access

  1. Open the login page and enter the email address and password used during registration.
  2. Select the login option to reach your account dashboard, where we plan to show your cashier, active bonuses, and play history.
  3. If you forget your password, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your registered email address. We will send a reset link if the details match an account.
  4. For account or login problems, contact us through 24/7 live chat or email support@luckyboom.com.

Two-factor authentication and session security

We do not plan to offer optional two-factor authentication at launch, so there is no second authentication method to activate in the account settings at this stage. We do support password protection and automatic logout after inactivity. Use a unique password, avoid sharing access details, and contact us promptly if you notice activity you do not recognise.

We also provide responsible-gambling tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion by email. These tools are there to help you keep play within boundaries you choose; gambling should remain optional entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems.

Support and responsible gambling tools

We provide support around the clock, but we are equally clear about what is not confirmed before launch. Our live chat and email channels will be available 24/7, while numerical limit settings, exclusion durations and some processing times will be published only once they are finalised. We recommend checking the current terms and account controls before depositing or playing.

How to contact our support team

  • Live chat: available 24/7 and usually the fastest way for general questions, with support in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish and Greek.
  • Email: contact support@luckyboom.com at any time for detailed questions, account matters or documents. Email response targets have not yet been confirmed before launch.
  • Help centre and FAQ: available at all times in Dutch, covering bonuses, payments, technical issues, accounts and verification.

For withdrawal and account verification questions, we may ask for identity, address and payment documents. We do not charge our own withdrawal fees, although third-party charges may apply. Our support team can explain the process, but withdrawal processing times and daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits are not yet known.

Our responsible gambling toolkit

We design our controls to help us keep gambling within clear personal boundaries. The available toolkit includes self-exclusion by email, deposit limits and links to support organisations. We will also distinguish between deposit, loss and session controls where those settings are available in the account area; numerical limits and the full range of controls are not yet published.

  • Deposit limits: a cap on how much we can accept from an account over a selected period. We have not yet published the available periods or maximum and minimum values.
  • Loss limits: a separate spending boundary that can help us monitor net losses over a selected period. Availability and configuration are still to be confirmed before launch.
  • Session limits: a time-based boundary or reminder intended to help us stop after a chosen amount of play. We have not yet confirmed the available durations.
  • Self-exclusion: we can request exclusion by emailing support@luckyboom.com. We should not rely on gambling as a way to manage financial, emotional or personal difficulties.

Cooling-off and exclusion timings

The table below separates controls that limit deposits or play from formal exclusion. We have not published fixed durations or processing targets for these measures before launch, so we will not present estimates as guarantees.

If gambling no longer feels recreational or we are finding it difficult to stop, we should use self-exclusion and seek independent help. In the Netherlands, Loket Kansspel can be reached on 0900 - 20 23 202. We also point players towards Loket Kansspel, the Kansspelautoriteit, Jellinek Preventie, GamCare and Gambling Therapy for further information and support.
